Hello

As an experienced and dedicated graphic designer, my goal with each project is to marry the beauty of art with the strategy and success of a brand.

I started freelancing in 2001 and keep busy with large and small clients, and a variety of print and digital design work. I’m fascinated with brands and the design cues and details that go into making them successful. Instead of having a specific style I strive to capture the spirit of each individual brand/business and deliver impactful design work that presents visual needs in a clear and conscious way, always keeping the end user/consumer experience in mind. I feel lucky that I love what I do.

Prior to freelancing, I worked for Eddie Bauer in the Creative Services Department, starting in Production Design and working up to Art Director. This path gave me valuable knowledge of all steps in the creative process. I graduated from the Columbus College of Art & Design and pride myself with an old-school art education where I took everything from oil painting to hand lettering to color theory.

After a battle with cancer I found myself wanting to reconnect with people, my creativity and life outside my home office. Taking a position at a local home store opened that door, and through it, I began meeting with clients and putting my longtime love of interior design into practice. I believe our surroundings are directly linked to our overall well-being. They shape how we live and feel by influencing our mood and energy on a daily basis. I am excited to be stepping further into this passion and exploring all the ways these two design fields intersect.

I grew up in Cleveland, Ohio but my adult life has been spent in the NW – Seattle, Portland and Boise. I currently live in beautiful Boise, Idaho.
